HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?

Whoever you choose to photograph your wedding will be getting bookings sometimes up to 2 years in advance, but generally at least a year early. As there are only a limited number of Saturday's in 'the wedding season', booking at least a year in advance is advisable.

WHAT SHOULD I BE LOOKING FOR?

There are a large number of wedding photographers to choose from, and finding a photographer you can trust is not easy. Ask to see complete wedding albums from the photographer who will take your photos, as this will give you a better idea of how your own album might look, rather than just a 'best of' album.
Ensure that the style of images is what you are looking for, are the images too formal, or not formal enough?
Most importantly, there must be a rapport between yourselves and the photographer. Your photographer needs to be almost like your friend for the best results.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN INITIAL ENQUIRY?

We arrange a meeting in our home office to discuss your needs and our services in more detail, enabling you to decide if our Contemporary style of photography is exactly what you are looking for. Here you can view a small presentation and view samples of our work.

WILL WE HAVE WRITTEN CONFIRMATION?

Once a booking has been confirmed and a small booking fee is placed with us, a receipt and a contract outlining all the details agreed will be provided. This will confirm the number of images, the album type and style, and the cost of any additional prints you might wish to add later.

WILL WE NEED TO CONTACT YOU AGAIN BEFORE THE WEDDING?

4-6 weeks prior to the wedding, we will contact you to arrange a time convenient to you both, for an informal meeting. This will be at the places you wish your photos to be taken so that we can discuss your plans and familiarise ourselves with the surroundings.

WHEN CAN WE SEE OUR IMAGES?

Within a few weeks of your wedding we shall arrange for you to view all your photos in a DVD slideshow presentation, and then help you to make your selection for your wedding album. Your wedding guests will then be able to view and select any images they would like to purchase on the website in a password protected gallery.

HOW LONG WILL OUR ALBUM TAKE AFTER SELECTING OUR PHOTOS?

If you have chosen the traditional style of photo album, these will be delivered in their album along with any reprints ordered at this stage. If however the Graphi Studio style wedding book has been ordered, delivery time will be dependant on the delivery from Italy, but should be no more than 4-6 weeks after the images have been selected.
